1341 Rhode Island, Lawrence Kansas
This is one of my bigger purchases for the year. Built in 1890 by Swiss Masons, the house is in downtown Lawrence and is just three blocks away from my office. My close date is October 26th so you are all welcome after that.

I have a good friend who teaches at the high school here in East Peoria. His son is in grad school at KU--Anthropology. He says most of his fellow students are married and he would probably welcome some friendly single people like you to hang out with. Your mom gave me your phone # and I gave that to my friend Marty Green. His son's name is Patrick and he may be contacting you. He is 25 and pretty sure he likes beer. I told his dad to take him to Free State when they visited!
